Before starting the gyratory vibrating screen, you should operate it as following:
1. Please check the fastened parts, safe protection, lubrication before operation.
2. Please test run without load first for about 1-5mins, then feed the material normally.
3. Please stop to feed material first before stopping the equipment, it will discharge all the material after 3-5mins.
4. If have different request on screening, should adopt different mesh with different opening.
5. If this equipment compose a production line together with other equipment, shall start the last equipment, then start frond equipment.
6. Shall keep from the Iron block and other large hard bulk material falling into the screen box that hurt the equipment.
7. Check the equipment operation regularly.
