The function of the gyratory vibrating screen is that granular urea spread the screen to realize the different size separation. Normally the urea size bigger than the sieve opening will leave on the screen, and discharge as oversize. In the production, there always some fine granular leave on the screen and can’t go through the under screen because of some factors. Or because of the screen mesh broken, the urea size bigger than the sieve opening penetrate the screen mesh.
