Gyratory Vibrating Screen Installation Steps

We know that gyratory vibrating screen is a kind of commonly used large fine screeing equipment. It is widely used in urea,soda ash, PVC, silicon metal powder, ceramsite sand and other industries.

Before delivery, the gyratory vibrating screen nearly install well except the hang device. Usually the users can install well by hanging the steel cable with the steel construction in the site.

Although the users don’t need to install the whole screen parts, but it will be useful to know about the gyratory vibrating screen installation steps.

Generally there are five steps as follow.

1. Install the bearing or hang device. First keep the base level, then install every part of the screener in order according to the installation drawing. The spring should be matched according to the actual stiffness value.
2. Connect the screen box with the bearing or hang device, adjust the angle as specified. For hang type screener, should adjust the incline angle of screen box and main shaft of the screen box horizontal. Usually adjust horizontal levelness, eliminate the deviation of screen box, then adjust longitudinal angle of the screen box. Damper spring force should be uniform. The force distribution can be determined by measuring the amount of  compression. Generally the two units of spring compression quantity at the feeding end must be the same, two groups of spring at discharge end are also same, but the amount of spring compression at discharge end and feeding can be a little difference.
3. Install the motor and v-belt motor, the motor should be the basis of leveling, the level of the motor need adjust. Two belt pulley groove center line should overlap , v belt pulling force should be moderate, then install and fasten the screen deck according to the And check the fixed condition of screen parts like screen plate, exciter and lubrication of the transmission parts. Screen tension should be uniform to prevent vibration, check the motor and the connection wiring of the control box if correct , turn the transmission part and check the movement if normal.
4. When the installation complete, check the feeding inlet and discharge port to see if appear collision, if appear, should repair it.
5. Turn the screener and test running in the condition of no feeding, Commissioning time should be limited in 15 minutes to prevent the screen broken. If the screener run normally, the users can feeding the products and increase the feeding rate gradually as the design capacity.
