Working Principle of Trommel Vibrating Screen:

The Trommel Vibrating Screen install on the frame. The motor connected with gearbox by coupling, driven the trommel rotate circling the shaft. When the material enter the cylinder device, due to tilt and turn of the drum, make the material on the surface of the screen flip and roll, and the qualified materials (undersize) discharge from the outlet at the bottom of the trommel, unqualified material (oversize) discharge from the outlet at  at the end of the trommel. Due to the flip, rolling material inside the drum, the card in the mesh material can be pop up, prevent the mesh plug.
