Working Principle:

Mining Circular vibrating screen is mainly consist of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, damping spring mechanism, chassis, etc. Adopt cylinder eccentric shaft vibrator and eccentric block to adjust the amplitude, vibrator is installed on the screen box side plate, and rotate driven by the motor through v-belt, generate centrifugal force, forced sieve box vibrate. Mining Circular vibrating screen side panel is made of high qualified steel plate, side panel and beams, vibration bottom adopts high strength bolt or ring groove rivet connection. Vibrator is installed on the screen box side plate, driven by motor through coupling spin, along with all the produce centrifugal force, forced sieve vibrate.
