1. Products Details  

Bar vibrating screen consists of screen box, vibration motors(exciter), damping system and bottom frame. The Bar Vibrating Screen deck should be inclined installed, the angle is during 20 degree to 35 degree.

It is driven to rotate synchronously in opposite directions by two same vibration motors or electric motors with exciters, which makes the screen body move on periodical and to-and-fro linear trajectory to achieve screening classification.

2. Working Principle:

Bar vibrating screen usually self synchronous reversely rotates depending on two sets of same vibrating motors or general motors along with exciter and make the whole screen machine supported on vibration reducer moves on a linear trajectory, quickly go ahead and loose to complete screening operation after materials fall into screen from input mouth.

3. Application:
