1. Description of Incline or Vertical Large Angle Sidewall Belt Conveyor

Incline or Vertical Sidewall Large Angle Belt Conveyor is the continuous conveyor equipment which uses cotton, nylon or polyester canvas and steel cable core conveyor belt as the traction member. According to process requirements for conveyance, either a single unit can be used to convey goods, or multiple units can be integrated to form combined conveying system or form a horizontal, vertical or inclined conveying system together with other conveyor equipment in order to meet the needs of production lines of different arrangements.

Incline or Vertical Sidewall Large Angle Belt Conveyor is widely used in such sectors as of mining, metallurgy, power generation, heating and coal for conveying various kinds of bulk and itemized goods with a bulk density of 0.5-2.5t/m3.

2. Features of Incline or Vertical Large Angle Sidewall Belt Conveyor:

1) Flexible transportation: can convey all kinds of bulk materials such as coal, ore, sand, fertilizer and grain in horizontal, oblique, vertical or other angle directions.

2) High tensile strength and stable performance.

3) Reasonable structure, large conveying capacity.

4) No spillage with steep angle conveying

5) Operating temperature: -15 degrees ~+40 degrees ,the temperature of material is below 50 degrees, the  loose density is 0.5-2.2t/m3

6) No transfer points: the belt are capable of turning at any angle right from feed hopper to discharge point

7) Maximum utilization of space – able to convey material at angles up to 90 degree

8) Decrease maintenance costs with fewer drive units and components
