The working principle of the gyratory vibrating screen just like the manual operation screen. The screening precision, efficiency and service life of screen mesh will be several times of other vertical vibration screen. The rotary exciter force the screen do the reciprocating gyratory movement on one horizontal plane, the strong exciting force and large amplitude will distribute the material and let the material spread the screen deck evenly, so we could make full use of the screen area and enlarge the capacity of the equipment. This equipment could screening most kind of pellet material, solid particle material, powder material and fine material, especially some material can’t be separated by other screen type

Material been feed onto first layer of screen deck, the material move toward the outlet against the screen mesh, along with the material flow, the material size larger than aperture size of screen mesh will be keep on the screen surface all the time until flow away from the oversize material outlet, the material size less than mesh aperture size will pass through the screen deck and fall on the lower layer screen deck in order to take the next stage screening work till finish the whole screening process.
